Hello

Have any of you read Dan Browns new book "The Symbol". I am. I like his books better set in Europe than the USA. Evie Fisher

I'm reading it right now and absolutely loving it! I actually like that it's set in D.C. as I love that city and it seems more familiar to me than the European locations did.

I read it and enjoyed it. I liked it being in D.C. as the places were at least familiar to me. I wonder if tourism has increased there?

Enjoy finishing the book!

I can't wait to go back to DC now...especially all the places mentioned in the book! Wonder if they'd let me go below the Rotunda? LOL...or ride the belt in the library???

anniegran, that's how I felt after reading the book, that I wanted to go back to DC, I would sure be looking at things in a different light. Finished the book last night and loved it!

I read it and liked, but I do like the European settings-more history, but really cool learning about DC too. Gets quite "speedy", but did like it. I'll wait a while and read again. Worth buying at a discount.

Ah, I am happy to read this, as the library just called to say my turn for the book came up. Right now I am about to start Rough Country by Sandford. I presume it will not let me down.

catalinamoon, I really enjoyed Rough Country. I think with each of these Virgil Flowers books, Sandford gets more and more into his stride with the character, etc.
