"A New Jersey appeals court has concluded that Americans have no Second Amendment right to buy a handgun.

In a case decided last week, the superior court upheld a state law saying that nobody may possess "any handgun" without obtaining law enforcement approval and permission in advance."

I think it is about time for another midnight crossing of the Delaware.

Years of Mob & Union Rule= this mindset.
Time to leave the NE for Good.
Who needs this.
In NV U can fire machine guns.
But MA is a contender for the Peoples Republic monkier.
Hope NJ Tourism uses this.
Now see tourisim DROP big time
NO Security, NOT Safe=NO Tourisim
Or see Aruba & Holloway case.
Botton line- NJ loses Tourist revenue $$$$$.
