Good advice, but it doesn't go far enough. For the sake of your good health, everyone should take at least a few minutes to relax everyday. This helps to reduce stress and give you the serenity to face life's little setbacks and disasters without blowing a gasket. Doesn't much matter what you do to relax, as long as YOU find it relaxing! Reduced stress = longer, healthier life. Isn't it nice to know you can claim to have a good reason for slacking off for a little while every day...with the added merit that it's true!

Yoga or meditating will also help to reduce stress and lower your blood pressure.
