Badgers vs. Boilermakers
I'm really counting on Wisconsin to pull out of their current slump and win this one! If they keep it on the ground and just pound away in good old Big Ten style, they should win.
Wisconsin is doing great so far -- not even half time and they're up 24 to zip-a-roni.

The Badgers have some good talent this year -- next year will be a real interesting season! The way they look today, the Badgers will get the Big Ten title next year and go to the Rose Bowl. Bielema really needs a good season that he can call his own. If this season got any worse, people would have called for his resignation, but I think he can redeem himself if he goes undefeated for the rest of the season.

Ah...it looks like there is a committee of one, Mike...on Badger football. Which isn't too surprising in that ol ' PU has not had as much following in numbers as compared to alumni loyalty that goes back to body passing days of the not lamented Don Morton veer.
Yes, it is Freakfest, late arriving students and once suspend marching band for misbehavior that has ultimately sustain Badger football as much as anything that happens on the field. So if Bucky can do 10-2 against the less of the best in the Big Ten, and can push away the lias and luau and do business in Hawaii, it is another trip to Florida for another match up of a SEC also run in Tampa, but at least the eye opener on New Year's Day. And if trashed once or twice in between, make a visit in Phoenix or San Antonio.

I'm looking forward to a Tampa trip -- I love going to Florida bowl games, don't even care who wins or loses, it's just a bunch of fun!
Last year my son (he's a UF Gator alumnus so he really wanted Wisconsin to win!) and I went to watch the Seminoles (my daughter is an FSU alumna, she was at the game too but sitting with her FSU friends!) kick the Badgers' butts -- it was still a blast. One thing that never gets old is hearing all the Wisconsin accents in the stands and watching them get baked in the sun. By the end of the game there are a lot of very red sun burnt faces!
