new changes h\ave come my way--PLEASE HELP

I can no longer cut & paste from groups like Zwani, spice comments etc. to send pictures to my e mail friends because of the codes. I can still send to my eons group.,but the way I was shown will not work for my emails friends. Please help me (in simple terms) I am so frustrated that I am ready to cry.

This all started when my Att browser swithced over to Internet Explorer. I'm a dummy when it comes to this. I tried Firefox and the didn;t seem to help.

We'll try to help, shoeshoe.

I didn't know that there was an Att browser until I did a little research, LOL.

In this link to a yahoo answers page, a person wanted to know where to find the page to download the Att browser. A person answered that "I think you have to have AT&T DSL service to be able to get the AT&T Browser. And I also think the AT&T Browser is in partnership with Yahoo." view link answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid= 20070710181129AANLxKj

There was a link provided to the Att help area. It has things to fill in before you can get to the actual help area so they can localize the info.

The above link is old, but I didn't find much more that was current. So, we might need a little more information before we can help.
Are you still using Att to get on the internet or did you switch to another provider? Did the Att quit providing a browser or did you switch to Internet Explore on your own?

Since Att partnered with Yahoo, I'm wondering if they basically used Yahoo for the mail. I'm wondering if you could simply open a Yahoo mail account view link and be able to send graphics like you had done with the Att browser? Just a thought!

I have att dsl, and they quit, updating the att browser, they want me to switch, too but I'm keeping mine, without it I would have to log out and in every time I went to a different @att.net user.
Anyway try changing from rich text to plain text in your email settings. I can't remember which one works for dragging and dropping urls that are somewhere on line.
