I(s It Real
This world has a beauty
I can see I can feel
Yet sometimes I wonder
Is it in me or is it real
When I can see beauty
In a pit of disgrace.
Is the beauty inside me
Or is it in that place
Please take for instance
A cloud full of rain
Is it billowing beauty
Or lightning and pain
There is beauty in all
If you take time to look
Though sometimes it hides
In the teeniest nook
Sometimes it’s so large
You have to stand back
If you just keep looking
You will soon get the knack
So just keep on gazing
At all that’s around
For in all that is here
It is sure to abound
