exactly! I get so damn tired of everyone bitching about everything he does or doesn't do--He's done MORE in the short time he's been in office than many others--I have faith in his integrity and capabilities to do the best for this country.

The far right complains that he's trying to do too much, too fast.
Those on the far left complain he's not doing enough, fast enough.
I'm afraid it's that instant gratification crowd that complains the loudest.
I'm a centrist, and glad that President Obama is a centrist.
If those that elected him would take a look at what he has accomplished in a short period of time, perhaps they'd back off. When dealing with as many problems as we have, accomplishing a lot of little things at first is all he can do.
I'm just thrilled that he has set his people to going after all those off shore saving accounts for taxes.
First the rich people with hidden assets, then the corporations.

What Redhand said goes for me to. It took 8 years to make this mess and it is going to take a while to recover from it, and certainly more than 10 months. I don't want a damned quick fix.. that makes me think of Bush and his 600.00 rebate. That was putting a band aid on a cut that was hemorrhaging.

Everyone wants his or her issue dealt with first and they see this president as someone who is capable of getting things done, more so than any recent president. To me that's a good thing. The downside is that getting everything done at once is not possible. Also the president must rely on a very diverse and often dysfunctional congress. The media has a habit of leaving that very important fact out when they release their presidential report cards. The question should be, Has the president done what it is within his power to do in a reasonable period of time? I think Pres. Obama would get high marks when this question is posed.
