Murrell's Inlet

My wife and I are strongly considering moving from the North East to Murrell's Inlet SC. We have a daughter living there that just had a baby boy 4 months ago and in the trips we've made there both in the winter and summer months, we love it. Anyone have any positive or negative comments about Murrell's?

We drove through there this summer, it seems nice, but humid. Are you looking on the barrier or mainland?

Murrell's Inlet is on the South Carolina coast just south of Myrtle Beach and 70 miles North of Charlston on Highway 17. We are looking about 2 miles inland.
