I hesitated to join this group because i just got my blood pressure in check. lol I've belonged to an activist group (Alipac) for sometime regarding this issue and had to back off for awhile.
Colorado is a "safe state" (?) i believe it's called and this area (Glenwood Springs) is always having articles in the paper protecting & fighting for the illegals here and it's maddening.

It is most definately a hot topic, and it is something that affects every American citizen adversely whether they admit it or not.
I can't imagine how Sheriff Joe Arpaio handles it all, but I am so glad he is there doing his job, and here he is having to fight the Feds to do it.

I just can't believe why it's such a problem and why so many that were born in the United States or got here legally defend the illegals. Damn, i mean the damage that's being done, the costs in so many ways to each of us and the fact that's it illegal and still seemingly reasonable people don't seem to understand...well, i just don't get it and i never will!
