So, looking at these projections, and James has been pretty accurate in the past, where do you think we need to improve? And, who would you like to see the Sox go after?

What ??!! No 20 game winners ? Only two .300 hitters ? Bill James, Bill Shmames.
And what about the SB's for Ellsbury ??? The guy's a crackpot !!!! :-)

Certainly don't agree with him at all....we have a better offense than that. There are many directions we can go, depends on the availability...we are not locked into who we have .....there a only a few secure positions on the field. We do need to be making some moves for sure....nobody remains the same.

Wow, would I love to see Cliff Lee pitching for us after that WS game I!! Seems his performance was a job interview for the Yankees who'll pony up the big bucks for whoever they want!
