Kryssa, I can help you with the bra problem. Go to an Intimates store, get measured and if you have to, rob a bank and buy several. They are kinda pricey but well worth the expense. Their stores are ususally in upscale Malls and you must make an appt. with them. They have been featured on Oprah and countless magazines. I am now the proud owner of eight

Uh...bras come in G? (You're looking at a B here).
Doesn't matter -- I don't wear one when I don't have to (and, really, do I "have to" at all?). Figures a man invented the darn thing, lol. Now, if only a woman had invented *their* cup...

The right diet
The right exercise
The right support
The right life.
The right life.
The right life.
My M. D. (a super ol' broad who knows medicine ... western and alternative ... and is a brilliant diagnostician) told me some years ago that she suspects I'm in the wrong physical location. That somehow I ended up living and working in a place where I shouldn't be and that's why things have always been so difficult... Life, for me, has been like trying to run in the ocean: difficult and tiring to go just a few inches. Nothing works.
My "self" and the "place I'm in" are "out-of-sync."
It may be that I don't belong where I am.
I've gradually come to believe she may be correct.
Scary and infuriating.
