Richard Petty Motorsports driver AJ Allmendinger was arrested early Thursday morning on a charge of driving while impaired, according to a Mooresville (N.C.) Police Department arrest report.

Almendinger was driving a 2007 Lexus when he was stopped, according to the report. He was stopped at 1:27 a.m. Thursday morning. He was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving while impaired.

According to the police report, Allmendinger had a blood alcohol content level of .08 percent, which is the minimum to be arrested for DWI.
OUR TOWN IS .03 u would go to jail and not pass go !! Remember Mikie last year and then last week. bunchof dummies !! Gee they all must drive Lexus's ...Nice .

yes this was WALTRIPS CRASH THAT HE not only left the scene of the drunk accident Look at the carnage. Now u think his $$$ didnt help . Hell normal peeps would b serving time. If u remember he was so drunk that is why he left when they found him i cannot believe they did not arrest him !! now the dinger !!!!!!!!! 2 YEARS IN A ROW MAYB WHEN HE KILLS SOME1 OR HIMSELF THEY WILL PAY ATTENTION. !!!!! THE DINGER ARREST 4 DUI BROUGHT THIS ON!! and just last week he hit a motorcycle drunk!!!!!!!!!!!
