CHILI-CHEDDAR BEER DIP
Makes 4 1/2 cups

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/3 cup light beer
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans, heated
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 tomato, chopped
WHEAT THINS Toasted Chips Multi-Grain
In a mixing bowl, beat Neufchatel and beer with mixer until well blended. Stir in Cheddar; spread onto large serving plate.
Place lettuce leaves around the edge of Neufchatel cheese mixture; fill center with chili.
Sprinkle with the onions, olives and tomatoes. Serve with the chips.

COLD SPINACH DIP
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 (8 1/2 oz) can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup
Defrost, drain and squeeze water from the spinach.
Place in a bowl and add rest of the ingredients. Blend together well and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with crackers, raw vegetables or party breads.

1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 small mild onion, finely grated
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Tabasco
4 tsp parsley flakes
Thoroughly mix everything together and chill at least 2 hours.
