HOT BACON ONION AND CHEESE DIP

3 slices of regular or Turkey Bacon, chopped
2 Tbs finely chopped onion
1 pkg (8 oz) Neufchatel Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup regular or 2 % Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Crackers for serving

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook bacon and onion in skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp; drain.

Beat Neufchatel in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add Cheddar cheese and cottage cheese; mix well.
Add bacon mixture, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder; beat until well blended. Spoon into small ovenproof crock or baking dish; cover with foil.
Bake for 10 minutes. Uncover; bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve with an assortment of crackers.

PEPPERONI PIZZA DIP

Makes 1 1/2 cups

1 cup pizza sauce
25 slices Pepperoni, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 Tbs shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Mix pizza sauce and pepperoni in microwavable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 45 seconds.
Remove from microwave and top with cheese.
