adios

finally gettin' outa Dodge, aka Little Western Town at the convergence of Nevada Highways 95 and 50 (The Loneliest Highway in America). I hope to be in touch same as ever with my air card but suspect there will be places and times when it won't be possible. be good to each other and have fun living artfully!

Where are you headed, windnsea? I know the desert has its own severe beauty, & you'll probably miss it (at least a little!). Be careful on the road, where ever you are! Let us know what's going on when you can.

thank you Sylk for your reply - I'll be in the desert for a while - in no hurry to arrive at my place in the Coachella Valley. I've been away from my place in Fallon (NW NV, an hour east of Reno) since last Friday, but I'm actually only an hour or so south of Fallon now, at Walker Lake.

I keep a blog going when I travel and you can find a travel narrative and photos of the places I see if you visit my profile and look at the blog. I try to update it whenever I have time and electricity. I don't always want to run my generator for electricity when I'm 'dry-camping' but sometimes I do, like now, here at Walker Lake. I have an air card for Internet so I don't need a park with hook-ups. then when I do stop at an RV park and have plenty of electricity, and don't have to listen to the annoying generator, I do more computer time.

I hope you'll follow my travels by visiting my blog if you're interested. it's a lot of fun for me to do, I get to revisit and do the trip all over again when I write and do the photos, but I wouldn't do it if no one read it!

wish you were here, but you're all here via the Internet. hope you'll want to do some armchair traveling and come along . . .
