Meeting up in Fredricksburg somewhere sounds like it could be a good idea, but maybe not for a new year's eve event. Some folks might have plans already. I'm familiar with the Central Park area right off the Rt. 3 exit on I-95, and it has a lot of restaurants. Perhaps a Saturday lunch there or somewhere else? Some of the rest of you put out some other ideas...CL
CL, I'm with you..... a lunch would be great. And Fredrickburg would be fine with me. There's plenty of history there also if some folks wanted lag back and get better acquainted while being tourists. I'm still working though so if it could be over a weekend, that would be cool!
A luncheon sounds great to me. It would give me the chance to meet some of the fine people here and see some of the state that I've not had the pleasure of seeing yet.
Oisin is from there so maybe he might be interested in joining us.
When a date is set just let me know so that I can take that day off, particularly if it's on a weekend day since I work every weekend.
