Hot dips!

Hello everyone...especially Belle, I sure haven't had a chance to come around much anymore. I miss it here..
Belle, I just saw you found a recipe from Drafty...what fun he was!!
Anyway this a bit of an emergency...someone I know is in charge of hosting a large party and wants some recipes for some HOT dips, meaning not cold ones... I can't help her much there cause I don't do those..I gave her the good ole Velvetta, Rotel dip..she was very aware of that one..LOL!
Plus she doesn't want them too complex..even more difficult..if anyone knows about these things it's the home-cooking group!!

The Velvetta is the only one that comes to mind as far as hot dips, but you know Belle Starr will know plenty.

Hello Halleybell! What a nice surprise to hear from you, we've missed you, too. Yes, Drafty was great fun and he sure gave us some good recipes. I keep hoping he will stop by sometime and say hello.
As to the hot dip recipes, I'll get on that right away. Do you know if she has a budget, or a preference for any special kind, i.e. seafood, mexican, etc? I'll gather a variety for her to choose from.

Belle, just got back here. As far as her budget, probably not too pricey like say real crab meat..I don't think there is a preference as to Mexican etc..She just said hot dips..I need to get back to her..don't know why she didn't include cold dips..guess you can figure out she is not a close friend.
I don't want to be a stranger!! Hope I can come back on a regular basis someday...thanks for any input you have..knew I could count on you!!
