Amanda IS crazy to even consider this - another year with Dr. Demento...what is she thinking? Now I'm waiting for this plan to go into action with Jake's sperm - here we go again...
never though of the NYC.. use Jake's sperm instead of Davids? brilliant!! now lets see if the AMC writers thought of that one!! lol. Seems like a lot of "sprem swapping" on that soap anyway, so hey, what's one more! lol. (program still on so not sure what her decision will be, but i'm sure she'll say, "yes") enjoy the rest of this rainy day. hugz.
That is an excellent idea!! I don't know how they would accomplish the sperm swapping right under David's nose, but what great revenge!! Would Amanda be in on it? I can't see any other reason that she would go along with this ridiculous plan!!
Jake also works at the hospital so he knows David's schedule and do the swapping and if he wants Amanda in on it, she can tell him David's schedule. They've been swapping sperm on that show for years. lol. Guess we gotta see what happens, but it would be nice to have Amanda already pregnant before the sperm insemination and then just tell David a few weeks later that it took and she's expecting. lol.

But if they switched sperm so that it was Jake's child, why in the world would Jake want David to have joint custody of his child!? I think it would only work if they didn't know it was Jake's and not David's. Who in their right mind would let David think he was the father of your child? And if he found out it wasn't--there would be more hell to pay. And he'd take Trevor away from Amanda for good. ???
most often soul, the soap turns to where the baby needs blood and when David will give his, it'll turn out it won't be his blood type. Jake will be tested, of course he already would know, and he'll be a match. Unless A. gets preggers w/Jake back to back w/the insem. within like days - then Jake won't know, and neither would A. until the baby needs something medical and it'll turn out that Jake and Amanda will be the 'rents. and David is out of the cold looking in. Amanda will be living w/Jake and the children w/joint custody of the children. Does that seem right? let me know on these thoughts. (still kinda waiting for someone else to be the daddy of Trevor!!)
I'd love it if it turned out Trevor wasn't David's--but didn't they do a DNA test? I can't remember now--so many DNA tests. *sigh* I really enjoy watching the evil Dr David, but if he's not renewing his contract (everything is so up in the air these days) maybe he will be arrested for drugging Adam and thereby causing Stewart's death...well, contributing to it. If David was going to leave the show--I think a lot of people would like to see him pay for once--for something. I would really miss him, tho. He plays evil and manipulative so well--like a snake charmer he hypnotizes his victims--ROFL! :)
That's a good comparison--a snake charmer!! I didn't know he's considering not renewing his contract. Much as I dislike his character, he does evil very well. I was hoping he'd stay around and the writers would make him just a little nicer.
