For not being about recently but I ended up in hospital last week after a severe asthma attack, I was only released yesterday and am still having to take things very easy. If you suffer from asthma you will know how debilitating it can be after an attack and I'm only now getting the energy to go for very short walks. Still, hopefully I'll soon be back in the swing of things.

Sorry to hear how bad you've been. I am an asthmatic too and was in hospital in January this year and ended up with pleurisy when I came out.
Hope you're feeling better as the days go by. The cold affects me so be careful if you get affected by this too.

Sorry to hear you have been poorly. Make sure you get your flu jab. The asthmatics in my family are getting theirs next week. Take care.

Hope you are feeling better. Getting tired of the cold and rain here in London! Wish I was with Robin (Damefalke) in Georgia! May be traveling to Alaska for a contract within the next few months.
