I found this fabric covered hanger, but it does not have the place to hide valuables. Maybe you could figure out how to put that hidden section on this hanger. Hope this helps.

Sshhh! They're not to hide valuables, just to store accessories that go with that particular dress. ;-) I'm not good at instructions, but this is fairly simple. I use quilted fabric. Cut top to fit hanger plus seam allowance. Extend fabric at least 6inches below outside "corners" of hanger (about 12" from hanger in center to bottom of fabric). 1 side should be solid, cut other side all the way across about 4" from bottom and use invisible zipper in seam. I use long zipper and then insert hanger through zipper, if shorter zipper is used, you must put in hanger and then stitch bottom seam. Hope this is clear enough to be helpful.
I hide valuables in frozen food boxes in the freezer. No one would think to look there for money or jewelry.
