OMG!....she reached out and petted the deer then picked up part of her breakfast with the same hand! Don't these idiots realize how many diseases deer carry?...and how dirty an animal they are? Here in this area they have expert marksmen with one of the police departments going out to one of the large parks to decrease the deer population---seems they are wreaking havoc on the nearby properties.

Maybe they are just waiting for deer season and then they don't have to go sit in a blind to get there quota of deer. Just bring there gun out with breakfast. WOW a true hunters :^ (

Just made a meat loaf with half venison, half pork... Deer are low fat, very tasty & without ptedators will eat your flowers & garden. Hunting in Texas is highly regulated. The deer population is at an all time high & very healthy. Hunters in Texas are those who pay for their hunting & support conservation. All hunters I know eat what they kill. IT IS CALLED GAME MANAGEMENT. 'Bambi is safe' !!!

I would be in 7th heaven if I could have that experience. I have a cattle feeder in my back yard for the sole purpose of feeding the deer so they will come closer and I can watch them.

A friend found a baby deer, approximated that it was newborn, laying in the middle of the highway last spring. He brought it home and built a pen for it in his backyard. He bottle nursed it for weeks then weened it. Now it's a pet and as sweet as can be.

I loved the video! Deer are not dirty and I've seen times where I wish it had been a deer instead of a human at a table next to me! But I do think it is bad for deer in the wild to get used to humans and have no fear of humans. This can make for bad situations for deer and humans.
I prefer deer meat 10 times over beef and at present have a freezer 1/4 full with deer meat. When hunting season comes around I hope I get a full freezer. This meat is much cleaner then your beef in a store where you don't know who may have spit on the meat (or other things for that matter), has no hormones & lord know what else.

I grew up in Western New York and went deer hunting. Didn't get one, didn't enjoy it. Later I had some venison and didn't like it. My sister and her husband hunt and she has served venison in different ways and I still don't like it. So I never hunted again. I am not against it I just don't do it but agree in what Bill was saying.
Give me a nicely marbled piece of beef any day :^)) Oh yea medium rare.
