I heard from him on 17th and he said he was busy. That's as much as I know.

Sincerest apologies for not being about recently but I ended up in hospital last week after a severe asthma attack, I was only released yesterday and am still having to take things very easy. If you suffer from asthma you will know how debilitating it can be after an attack and I'm only now getting the energy to go for very short walks. Still, hopefully I'll soon be back in the swing of things.
Hi Trevor,
I am asthmatic and been hospitalised three times. The last time was January this year. I hope you are feeling a lot better but it does drain you. Be careful in the cold air.

Hi Owly,
I don't think drain is the right word but I do feel much better know though I'm still having very low peakflow readings and am on high steroid doses as well as high inhaler doses for the rest of the weak. This was my first and hopefully last hospitalisation through asthma but as you would expect everyone at the hospital was great and soon had my breathing steady if shallow within an hour or so
Hi Trevor,
I've done the steroids too for short periods. I'm on a preventer as well as an inhaler. I have to have an emergency supply of prednisolone in case things get too bad before I can get to a hospital or before a doctor gets to me.
It's a strange thing that you can be almost at death's door and within a few short hours of getting the right treatment you pick up so much.
I try to keep out of hospital and had done really well between my second hospitalisation and the third but I had flu that wasn't shifting and it's always a dangerous time for me. My meds weren't working so in the end I had to be admitted again.
I'm due to get my flu jab this afternoon but I take echinacea and zinc to boost my immune system.
I was told by my GP to ask for an anti pneumonia jab this time round but I'm not sure about that.

I would get the pneumoia shot if I were you. It sure cant hurt and with a weak immune system thats what gets a lot of people in the end.
So glad to hear from you Trevor, I had a feeling something was up.......get well soon and take care OK.
Glad you are home and please get fully well.
Take care of yourself...glad to hear you are on the mend!
Trevor, I am sending all my best thoughts and prayers for a quick good recovery for you.
Please take all precautions to strenghthen yourself first of all.
We have missed you but we all understand you need to rest to heal.
One day at a time...
Blessings upon you!
Hello Trevor,
I hope you are feeling much better! I,too, am asthmatic, so yes, I can sympathize with you. Thankfully, I've never been hospitilized with it, though. It's terribly debilitating at times. Please take good care of yourself.
