Hey, I just came on here on my husband's suggestion on his sign in name and I wondered why I couldn't find a place that asked if I wanted to join. Well hopefully some of you know me, I am Walter Little's wife. I call him Wally or Wally, Wally when I talk about him.
I had to sign in on my name to find aplace that said about joining. Some of the things I noticed on here was someone does geneology. I started many years ago doing it. But I didn't start on a regular basis until lately. Like this last week. I was doing it once a week for a while, but lately it has been an almost daily activity. I Love our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his people. So I am glad Wally invited me to join this group. Looking at a few of the topics reminded me of my past. Thank you for starting this group. Shirley I have been on again and off again since about the 70's with my geneology. I have received alot of information and now I am trying to tie it all together. Originally I did have books on 2 groups of my ancestors but I let my sister have one book and the other book, a family Bible with dates etc. I lost because I was not interested in geneology at that time. My sister was interested in it first and she asked different family members to get together their ancestors information. We had 2 different books written about our 2 major lines. Hopefully I can get one of them back from my sister. But I have so many records to sort thru right now that I am just trying to use the information I already have. Unfortunately I got a bone spur in my foot so I have been staying home and taking time to use the computer for geneology and to play catch up.
Marylou, I'm like you on the genealogy records,I have so many records, notes,ect to go through.I hope your foot gets better soon,I know having a bone spur in your foot is no fun at all. :-(
