Came across the file that had the photos from a day-cruise that my daughter and I took the summer of 2008. Downloaded several of them to the group albums. We took an incredible 9 hour cruise out of Seward the week before Memorial Day. We drove down from Palmer and the drive down was great. First time in a while that we had spent a bit of time together with no kids to tend to.
The weather for the cruise was AWESOME, clear blue skies and the water was fairly good. We had a ranger on board who had tons of information to share, both about the wildlife and the land.
If you ever get offered the opportunity to take one of these cruises, say yes -- it was a wonderful trip!
