Failure to install Vista Service Pack 2
I got a popup message from Microsoft Updater advising me that a critical update was ready to be installed. I clicked on the icon in my tray and the update downloaded. It proceeded thru the acceptance screen, then declared that the update had completed and advised me to restart the computer. I went through this three times, and at each attempt, when the computer restarted it says that the update failed to install and returned me to the previous configuration. What am I doing wrong?
