Running the gauntlet.........
10/24/09......one more time. Shall the wars ever be over? Next week I face a firing squad it feels, as I have to defend the reasoning of the justice system and face-off with the legal defense of the liable third party whom caused my wife's death and my P.I., and destroyed the traditions and efforts of thiry years together in keeping our extended families and many friends in touch, and dealing with life challenges.........
...................I shall have to recite our lives, and our last moments together as my darling Teri died in my arms (the result of an arrogant negligent driver), and justify my reasons for believing that my family deserves all of the estate of that person who killed herself and her friend seated next to her...............
..................Why does it feel that the most civilized country in the world makes victims to defend their rights of someone elses criminal behavior? I am at a loss to that reasoning, but hope I will present myself well in my families best interests, and at least see a iota of deverted justice, and help bring me closure of the passing of my beloved...........
