Capitalism - Is it GOD?
I love the way, in my opinion, there are so many people (mostly those who are making fists full of your money - and those who believe their lies) who are so virulently against Socialism, but who will allow the corporate monster, as corrupt as IT is, lead them around by the nose...
Take the example of health care. It is BROKEN, badly broken and we NEED to get it fixed, but the INSURANCE companies (who are taking all your money) TELL you that it would be bad for you to CHANGE it (because they don't want to have to compete with the government and/or do things fairly and with your health in mind), and so many of you BELIEVE them as they LIE to you about how it WILL be if we do what we should be doing to fix it.
For instance... these guys view link bring up points that they KNOW will scare the pants off the average Joe... though there is NOTHING in the public option that suggests you won't be able to select your doctor, that there won't be competition, accountability, etc... Why?? To scare you into keeping what is already proven to NOT work.
It's all about the almighty dollar, don'tcha know??
