Way to go !! We just have to remember to take baby steps! You are right, after the first 10 pounds you feel encouraged to keep going, and now that you have the motivation of colder weather, it'll keep happening! I'm really happy for you.

You are lucky you lose quickly. For a full year, I never cheated once, not kidding, I was so determined. I lost 45lbs. Most people lose it twice that rate.
Late night I totally blew it, just had one of those I don't get a crap days.
I started on Prempro and it is making me so hungry, my stomach always has that gnawing hungry pains.
So this is my new menopause challenge, staying with my diet plan.
The last time I stuck to WWs I lost 35 lbs in 4 months then I got stuck. I hope I can lose that much this time. I will be happy to lose 25 more lbs. I could live with that weight. Joan stay with it and don't be so hard on yourself. Health problems and medicine can throw a wrench in your eating plan but do the best you can. If you have a day you go off a little just get back on the next. Thanks for the encougement jujobe. The cooler weather helps because I can get outside more.
