Probably Our Last Ride!
I haven't been posting lately because I haven't really done much riding this year. I did work a lot of hours through the summer and also we had so many rainy days. I know, thats just an excuse. I think I've done more riding this month than all summer long. We had our Indian Summer the past 2 days so my kids and I went out to the state park riding. My daughter is a much more advanced rider than my son and I so she posted her ride on the MMBA website to see if she could get someone to ride with her and she had a taker . . . a guy named Greg answered. He lives in Pinckney which was quite a drive for him . . . probably about 30 miles anyway. They rode about 25 miles on the roads surrounding the park while my son and I stayed within the park. I got about 13 miles in while my son did 18. I had to take pictures since we are in our peak color right now.

I'm not expecting to go out riding much more this year, if at all, since our weather has been anything but cooperative. I guess I'm just not as motivated as most of you. I did get out for a 12 mile ride this morning before the rain started, and that's the weather that we are expecting for the remainder of the week.
