Two houses smaller than one
Last year we added a bigger house (1200 Sq. Ft.) to an existing small (600 sq. ft.) alley house. Both houses together are 1800 sq. ft. total, still 600 sq. ft. smaller than the median new house built in this country. I'll post a photo or two. The new house is the red one.
