Naked in your own house....

Should you be arrested for being naked in your own house? Well, it happened to a man in Virginia. He was up getting a cup of coffee very early in the morning....someone walking by his house just happened to look in....and well, the police were called.......it was a woman and her young son passing by the window .....what do you think??....

Totally and completely uncalled for IF it occurred as described . If he was standing by an open window or door and purposely exposing himself , then the arrest is justified .

It's getting harder and harder to feel free, even in your own home, isn't it?

Just wondering, where was his curtains?

I don't care if he was standing on his head, naked in front of the front picture window. You don't like it, don't look. That is his house, and as long as he wasn't doing any harm to anyone, I believe, he or we are entitled to do as we please in our own homes.
I bet the same woman who called the police because she was concerned that her child would see something horrible, uses her television set as a babysitter and is perfectly O.K. with her child watching all kinds of violence, murder ,rape, robbery, et al on the evening news or Hannah Montana teaching them to be sexually enthralled long before their time. Go figure...

Virginia woman should have kept her eyes on the sidewalk! Ridiculous, to charge this man! If anybody should be charged, it's her. Why was she looking in his windows?

not just being naked in your own home, i was arrested for being drunk in mine. no loud music or any of that. they came to the door, i answered with a glass of jack and coke and was quite drunk. they took me in for that. let me go when i sobered up.

Dang matchstich...hard to believe in this day and age....especially when you see so many things that are really bad that seem to go unnoticed .......I think as long as it is within the law, and it is in your own home, it should be ok....I was astounded to read the article yesterday....one of those morons in the new type of things.......lol@grillking....lol.... she'd get an eye full eh?

I walk around naked in my home sometimes---of course, the blinds are drawn to protect the innocent(lol)! Seriously, there are times that walking around naked just feels good---and I live alone so why not? I do keep the blinds closed and would never walk around if they were open. My house...my rules :)

I think...why do I best all the good stuff :)

Really...if people don't have anymore to do with their lives then complain about a naked man in his own home....in the early moning hours none the less...they don't have a life. That' sad....real sad. She shouldn't have been looking....maybe they should charge her with being a "peeping tom."
