another Tuesday

I have a weight range of about 5 pounds ..2 pounds up and 2 pounds down. I sort of roam around in there so until I gain or lose more than that, I dont really consider that I have had a weight change. Does this make sense?? Well this week I am still roamig around inside those perameters.
I am sticking to the 2 slices of bread a day policy as well as my 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day. This past week I cut down to 2 servings of Pasta for the week.
I think that I maybe overdid the new snack that I found. This snack is mostly nuts and seeds and qualifies as a vegan product. Perhaps a little too high in calories with all the nuts ...will have to go hunting again. But in looking at my diet it looks quite good so this coming week I shall be more observant of portion control..whew that will be a biggie.

when I start eating nuts, I REALLY over do it...and thats because they have so many calories. And of course fat. It may be good fat, but fat just the same. So do watch your portion control. And it would probably help if you walked a little more. I find that I cant loose the weight unless I walk...

u MUST exercise... unless you limit your calories so much, you must add exercise if you want to maintain your weight.
as far as nuts go. they are very caloric but... they have 100 calorie packs now. try those. if they are done for you then you will not be tempted to throw a few more in.
and... as far as the 2 pound flux... one can be up or down by a couple of pounds for a number of reasons... too much salt.. alot of liquids. for example... weigh yourself before and after you urinate and you will see there is a difference... if you have a large bowl of soup, even tho it is probably not too caloric, it will make you gain weight, on the scale because of the liquid. i happen to be scale obsessed too but... there are alot of different reasons for the disparity.

how do you get yourself to drink enough water? that is one of my problems.

When I worled I used to put a large jug of water on my desk that I would try to drink befor lunch....I think it has to be handy because I wont go to the tap to get a drink. Now that I am retired i use a lot of Crystal Lite to make it more interesting. I never drink pop or soda I find it too sweet and mostly I drink decaf coffee. But I guess it depends on whether you are talking water of fluid.
Mostly it has to be at hand I find.
