Where are you seeing this error and what exactly is the error message?

Also, what browser and who do you use for Internet access?
It could be a problem at that end.

Might help to type the error message in the address bar and do a search for it to find out what it pertains to. If that doesn't tell you anything do a sytem restore to a date before you started getting this error message. It's always worked for me. :) (I have XP)

Good luck.

It's a really vague error message, so it's hard to tell what it means. I tried searching and couldn't find anything relevant. If you could expand on what is displaying that message, and whether it's at a particular website when it happens, it may help. I don't think a System Restore is necessary at this point.

Jerry,

Before we can help you, we need you to help us. Give us the exact message, if you can.

What kind of computer do you have? What's the operating system - Vista, or XP, or "other"???

We'll pitch in and do the best we can, but we really need a little more info from you first.

Then we can make better suggestions.....

yeah, that is the ticket, when it comes up , press the print screen button on your keyboard.

should be on the top right side, wish every one would do that for error messages.

hey that should should be part of a sticky. instructions on how to capture screen shots.

make it a lot easier to help folks.

You may not be able to fix the problem. The error seems to be a Visual Basic script error. Visual Basic is a script language (programming language) that belongs to Microsoft. You may need to update your VB runtime package or you may need to contact the webmaster at the site you’re trying to access.

"What is a screen capture and how do I do it?" sounds like a good word document to make a pdf out of and upload to the FILES Section........

It's on the "to do" list!
