Did anyone here go to NY State Sheep & Wool?
Most years we trek to Dutchess County Fairgrounds for the Sheep & Wool fest, but this year,the date conflicted with the Deerfield NH ham fest. DH has still lots of radios and paraphenelia to sell, so off we went. I am consoling myself with some new Merino hand dyed top I bought online.
I also brought along a ditty bag fullk of handspun leftovers and some funky Gedifra yarn. I must have put some thought into it, because all the colors matched. Sort of an autumn ground littered with mushroom and dead leaves color scheme, if you can imagine it.
I started on the hat which will have to have a seam, since I did not bring the right size circular needles along.
