There was someone here in Somos Latinos that made a comment about the program the other night on Latin Music. In refering to Celia Cruz, that person said...Celia something.
My godkids who listen to hip hop and rap know who Celia Cruz is. So I thought I'd dedicate a post to Celia Cruz...and maybe the person who said..."Celia somehing" will at least enjoy the music.....lol.

Thanks for the post, one of my favorite Cuban singers. She said she would never go back to her native Cuba while there was Communism and she never did. Seems like many older Cubans, especially the ones that live in Florida are of the same opinion.

Thanks buddy for bringing to light the amazing talent and wonderful human being this woman was. She was a legend all over the world and crossed all races. Her music will continue to live in the hearts of many and for many generations to come.
