Bush41 complains about incivility

in politics.

He blames Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann for covering his son's (Bush43) administration; he calls them "a couple of sick puppies" for investigative reporting facts instead of blinding repeating his and his Republican Party talking points from Karl Rove.

Bush didn't mention that he is the father of uncivil politics; he's the one that first personalized uncivil politics with name calling, he and Roger Ailes were responsible for the Willie Horton ad against Dukakis and played the scam against Dan Rather.

In case anyone forgot, Roger Aisles is the President and Chairman of the most uncivil media in the pocket of a corrupt remnants of a political party in history, FOX (cable) News.

Isn’t it interesting to hear a NeoConservative complaining about name calling…call someone else a “sick puppy?”

I've never heard Rachel Maddow call anyone names. She's perhaps the most civil and articulate news media person .... along with Amy Goodman. Mr. Olbermann purposefully taunts and calls politicians and other media pundits names, but his name-calling is always a response to something that deserves name calling. And, I've found Olbermann's research to be mostly very solid and based on those pesky things Faux Noise seems to lack .... called facts.

Didn't know about Bush Sr. and Ailes being behind the Willie Horton ad. You can always tell when the NeoCon Repugs are lying ~ they'll describe what is actually their own behavior .... and project it on to someone else.

I'm sure that being called a sick puppy by the father of the person whose posse caused the most damage the United States has ever sustained .... is some kind of honor.

I heard this right after having watched Bush 41 speak and introduce President Obama at his Points of Ligt gathering yesterday. I was thinking, "How nice to see a bit of civility again!" Boy, that thought didn't last long!

Bush I needs to realize that his son is undefendable and just be quiet on the subject!

I agree with Bunnies, Rachel checks her facts and is one of the smartest reporters around.

While Keith may get bombastic at times, he also checks his facts. I guess that's what the neo-cons don't like -- facts!

It's humorous to read your posts deriding Fox News as Satan incarnate, yet completely ignore the decades of media bias by the mainstream media. It is the very definition of hypocrisy.

There is no bias in Main Stream Media.

You do something stupid, they report it. It's not our fault Republicans are so much better at it.

Tell that to Dan Rather. He supported airing lies about President Bushes National Guard service, knowing that it was false. We could start with Senator McCarthy, who was later vindicated by the Verona tapes and work our way through the last 40 years.

Next, LLL will state that the earth is flat, Oswald acted alone, and the easter bunny is real. Okaaaayyy........

Faux Noise is just that: corporate noise .... not much more. I recommend dealing with it folks.

Dan Rather was set up by Aisles and Bush lol ... and you complain he aired the forged documents that NeoCons supplied him. One for you.

How are you doing with the phony birth certificates by the way?

The Urban Dictionary defines Main Stream Media (MSM) as "mainstream media", major TV networks and large newspapers.

By the above definition, Faux News and WSJ (Murdoch's latest acquisition) qualify.

Yet another thing I didn't know about Ailes, Daddy Bush and Rather .... sounds like a good story. I love finding out new things to look up.

Ok, so Faux Noise is mainstream media. Is Project Runway mainstream media? I like that show.

You'll notice that Ailes still has his job, but Mary Mapes (Rather's producer) and Rather lost theirs. Once the once great CBS news department cleaned the egg off it's face, those two were toast. It wasn't what they did that got them fired. They were just to incompetent to cover it up.

Imagine having been on the mountain top for so long, like Rather. And then be done in by some alert bloggers. As Colonel Kurtz uttered in Apocalypse Now: "Oh, the horror".
