Hello Sage, Welcome to this group. Yes, I also heard EONS mentioned on the Today Show. I was really surprised. I have been on the groups for about a year--maybe less. I joined several groups. I think you will enjoy the groups. You may want to check out Phenomenal Women--if you have not already done so. I do suffer from arthritis. My hips are much better than they were 5-6 months ago. A friend suggested that I sleep with my feet on a pillow--that helped--if it was not the pillow, I dont know what else I did that was any different. I have developed arthritis in my hands; the left hand has a shooting pain in the thumb area which is really terrible in the mornings. I am going to start back on an NSAID to help with that pain. I hope you have found some good methods to treat any pain or inflammation you may have.
