Why Don't People Understand Delegation
I hear all sorts of criticism of President Obama as if he is running the country all alone. Some say he should be in his office more while others say he is spending too much time running around. It adds to the same thing = they seem to think nothing happens without him there.
When responsibility is delegated to trusted others who do the research and carry out the orders the President doesn't have to read every word or write every document.
