This is so insane. That measly 250. won't even cover my electric bill for one month now let alone next yr after the rates go thru the roof. So many dumb people will look at it as a good thing though and rush out to spend that money just like they did last time. When will people wake up and see all these shams being thrown at them. God I hope it's before it's too late.

He is trying to buy the seniors approval and unfortunatly it will work with some. He is destroying this country from within. I said this during the campaign and was berated by many, I hope now those same people can see the light.

I wish they could too abby but the truth is they still have their sunglasses on while they sip their kool aid. Our only hope is to vote some of them out in Nov 2010. If we can't we're screwed.

I remember during the election the Liberals made fun of Bush because of the 300 bucks he gave everybody. Isn't kind of ironic, now Obama is giving people money not a peep from the Liberals.

You have to ask why would they block the cost -of- living increase in SS, then add it back with the Obama gimme. If we can't afford the cola increase, we can't afford the gimme. Keystone Cops.

Now I'm going to owe the Chinese MORE money, they can keep their $250 I don't want it...just leave my insurance alone. Believe they haven't got my vote at all let's just all work to make sure he's a one term President!!
