Melissa's score was a bit high for that dance. Aaron wasn't really that good this week, but I thought he was very good in the past dances. I can't figure out the reasoning behind the judges scores a lot of the time and Len's have really been wacky this season.
And I agree with lulu, Donnie was good this week.

About time the right person went home.
What I want to know is why Len Goodman so uptight with Mya and her partner.
Donnie was smoking this week. I hope to see him in the top three. I felt bad for the guy who went home this week. He has a sweetness about him. One thing I have noticed is that the guys with LOTS of mucles don't do as well as the others when it comes to being graceful and moving smoothly.
But my biggest joy this season is that there is no dead weight. No "Cloris Leachmans" to take out the good dancers while contributing nothing. At least so far they all seem serious in what they are doing.
Someone mentioned the football player and I am just wondering why he seems afraid to dance. He plays football he needs to jump in there and move or do something. All the football players from before have given it their all what is his problem? Maybe he is a sleeper and will surprise us all. otherwise I think he is probably out next time too.
Just because a guy can play football does not mean he is light on his feet!! Most of them have no rhythm (or blues). Len gets more crabby every year. Someone should ask him if he is sitting on a corn cob. As Mya says, one week Len wants her to do more, the next week he slaps her down for doing too much. There is just no pleasing this man.
I think the top places will go to Donnie and Mya.
what about derek and the model? i just love derek no matter who his partner is. the chef may make it too. sad i don't know these names maybe as they get closer to the final....is there a olympic athlete in the competition this year..i think we need name tags on these people...
Glad to see someone finally agree with me that Derek is exceptionally talented. Ever since I first started watching DWTS years ago, I've thought Derek and his sister Julianne's choreography far surpassed all the rest consistently for artisty, grace, originality and overall performance and really marvel at that, since they were the youngest of the professionals.IMHO, they were heads above the more touted pros. The Olympian this year is the short snowboarder, Louie who has the grace and dancibility of a turtle - again IMHO, although his smile is a killer.
Also Natalie, the Olympic swimmer...she's doing quite well.
