Migraines with Orgasm

I hope this topic is not to sensitive for people. I got over having migraines when I went through menopause. Now all of a sudden I develop head pain as soon as I start feeling good. This is just not fair! I have a play toy I just bought, and it works wonders.
I have tried taking migraine meds before and it only helps a little. The price for having a good time is too sleep it off. This is frustrating and internet snooping says it is not so uncommon to have this. But why now?

Post message: I was afraid to try to have a moment for myself because I did not want to take migraine meds just to feel good. Well I took my sleep meds last night. I brought out my toys and I decided to take it slow. Used manual first, and went at it slow. Took my time, not like a guy who want to do it and leave or take a nap. After half an hour I brought out the big guns. Used vibrator very easy, trying to ways to use it. It worked wonderful. I am multi orgasmic. No pain. Just felt very relaxed. I am curious if other woman do this and how often. Dr. Oz says we have to use it or we will loose it.
