New Law in Oklahoma
This one goes into effect on November 1st. To say I find it a step backward is an understatement.

These kind of questions and the reasons they're asked are really complicated.
With HIV came great fear of discovery. No records were kept in some cities as to not brand the patient. When I moved to Nevada I was astounded to discover all patients had to disclose their previous sexual partners and the health department contacted them and if positive, treated them right away. The truth is, that act saved people's lives, both in forcing the issues of save(r) sex and in starting early treatment.
I want to know why they are reporting like this. Is it for funding, prevention, etc, etc.
