I'm not so sure bombing the moon is a good idea either, but hay I probably would have been against the light bulb too. Who knew? Smiles

Yeah, my eyes got a little wide when I heard about this moon-bombing too.
I understand why they are doing it but........the thing is scientists seem to think they can do whatever they want without thought of consequences that will effect the whole earth. What right do they have to mess with that? We have to trust that they know what they are doing but....do they?

Well the pisser is even if there is some sort or form of water on the moon ; there still it no air . What they gonna build some super expensive window around it that keeps getting broke by meteors ? I think someone needs to slap them . We can't even take care of what we have without worring about another place to destroy . Just when you thought you seen it all ; some butt munch steps up to the plate and shows you stupid really has no bounds .
Apparently we can't find enough things to spend our money on on earth....now we're shooting for the moon....what a country!!!!

They think it is under the ground. That's why they have to bomb it so hard because the crater they are aiming for is very deep.
I think they did it for another reason and they aren't telling us....maybe testing some type of horrible bomb....someone got a Nobel Peace Prize today...Imagine that!

I'm going to hit up the government for a financial grant to train emissaries for extraterrestrial McDonald's franchise negotiations.
I figure a mere thirty-two million dollars, (cash, check, or money order), and we should have a fully trained staff by 2080. Of course we might go over-budget if I have to search Hawaii and the Greek islands for the proper candidates. . . . . . . I guess I'll need a boat, too. . . . . And an overseas office. . . maybe with an ocean view, hot tub, champagne cellar. . . . .
