Good morning....lol...yes it is morning put very early in the morning. It is 12:38am right now. Anyway, I forgot to go on Photobucket and they closed my account, this is something new for them, if you don't visit in a curtain amount of time they close your account and remove any pictures that were being used. So I checked around for another picture. surprise, surprise.....Can you believe it, there really is a Dew Drop Inn. Yes it is in Alaska.

Photobucket has been having a good clear out I think, a lot of accounts are getting deleted with this new 90 day-no activity rule they recently introduced.
Well it is also 30 th September here, I'm posting just 3 hours after you and in the UK it is already 9am!

Perfect! Now we have a visual of what a DDI looks like.
I've been to Alaska, although not to Anderson where the Inn is located. I would love to go back. It is b a beautiful state. The pipeline is awesome and Mt McKinely is breathtaking. I'm in complete awe that someone would want to climb it!

Boy, I sure would like to visit Alaska someday. I used to love that old TV series "Northern Exposure".

Good evening everyone. I am also please to see posting being done, it's so nice to hear from you all. Here at the DDI, we can all relax and enjoy other's company. Let's see maybe we need some music, coffee/tea and pastries. Let's see if I can be on tomorrow morning and serve coffee/tea and pastries. If you are around, stop in and enjoy.

My dream! I would LOVE to see Alaska; not just the cruise.
Barbara, We've been on several cruises and I'm not a fan of them but I have to say, the Alaska cruise is awesome. I highly recommend it. However.....we also book the land package which I wouldn't do again. We found out rather quickly we aren't tour people, we like to explore on our own.

Maybe some day if I could get one that was not "too, too expensive"! I have a niece in Alaska and she would not live anywhere else.
Hi all..Sunday afternoon, and I see no one has been around for a while. I'm sorry I missed serving that coffee and pastries a few mornings ago. Will have to try again another time. Me, just taking it easy this afternoon, crocheted some this morning, finished a dolly and started another one, read for a while, watched some TV this morning too, now I'm on here. Yes, I was a busy bee, doing thinks I like to do. Yesterday I cleaned, not much fun, but has to be done... So, what have you all been doing?
@barbara70...Someday is the key word, right? That's what it is for me, just sometimes like a dream, wish what ever you want to call it. But however, dreams, wishes sometimes do come true.
