They only thing I can do at Micky Ds is smell the french fries. But I'll never eat them.
yes micky d's is not getting too expensive.. they ARE TOO EXPENSIVE
several times i proceeded to order what i thought would be the healthiest & hopefully tastiest meal combo they had to offer , a chicken (crispy or not crispy?) on a hambuger bun..w/ some weird mayo type sauce... w/ fires & a drink over $8.00..yes it was $7.69 plus tax ...UNBELIEVABLE AND IT WAS SO MEDIOCRE THAT I WOULDN'T NORMALLY PAY MORE THAN $3-$4.00 AT THE MOST!!!!!
Wendy's 99 cent value crispy chicken was better tasting, i know because i get them all the time & thier breast filet well thats like comparing a nice prime rib meal to a cheeseburger combo..Wendy's happens to have an exceptionally great real breast of filet chicken club sandwhich which rivals most good sit down restaurant meals & their fries are now even better since Mcdonalds changed their oil that they fry the potatoes in .to be honest Wendy's value menu is better than Bk Or Micky d's entire menu...guess where i eat "ALL" my quick take out meals.from now on ..lol
I really don't think I am going to go to McDonald's anymore. If I have to pay $7.95 for a salad I can eat at one of the sit down restaurants in my area. Micky D's is getting to be a rip-off. I don't know how families with a lot of kids can afford to eat there - yet that's who I see there. Glad you mentioned Wendy's and a few other places as being a better value.
All I get from Wendy's now is their chili if I'm in the mood for it. Boca vegetarian burgers at the cost of 50 cents each, easily prepared at home in a couple of minutes, have replaced my need to have the periodic Wendy's hamburger. Even my meat loving husband loves them.
