I am thankful that I have never been a sun worshiper,and it's finally paying off!
I think that the fish oil pills and Resveratrol pills (red wine extract)has helped my skin's glow and texture,tremendously.
And like Gracie says try to feel happy and cheerful,and I use the newer Avon 'cutting edge' face creams.......they really help!

Really, fish oil helps the skin? Hmmmm, I must try those.

I think you look quite young ftworthcowgirl but I know what you mean about wanting to look younger, it just gets harder with each passing year.

I found some Vitamin E oil at the store. It feels great around the eyes at night :) Not too much you know! Don't want to get it all over. I just stay up a little while after applying to let the skin absorb it.
