Old Age

I tell my coworkers that I have at least 50 good years left and that's not counting the ones with a walker or such. Part of staying young is Attitude. Don't thinik old and keep moving. Keep up with what's going on in the world.

Yes Phylrose ...First of all - the term "old age" ... well what does that conjure up in your mind? For most folks, a feeble person, not able to get around, on lots of meds, etc etc etc.

Well, Get that picture right out of your head. Start a new belief system for the term 'old age' -- or simply don't use that any more. We age chronologically because time goes by --- but we don't have to get "old".

Eat right; exercise; be adventurous, DO THINGS ... but most of all, be happy. Be joyful. Smile.
I agree Phylrose --- attitude is everything.

And don't hang with people that continualy talk about age..They say things like 'we're not spring chickens anymore you know' and every time your with them they bring up age one way or another..drives me crazy and makes me feel old. Who needs that, if you didn't know (the #)how old we were, I wonder how old we would think we were.....
Your right Phylrose, It's all attitude.......Nel
