Beautiful weather today.But I've got the "needles and pins" pain all over my head. Pain, drains a person. It's hard for those without chronic pain to know that pain depletes you. As much joy as I get from life,sometimes I can be "in the moment" of a really joyful experience and wham, the pain goes up and robs me of that time.
I live in fear of going back to have to hiding from life. So,each day,I try to take time,even a few moments to relax and focus on all that is positive and grateful.

Robinn, I am so sorry your suffer from these headaches. I really wish you would consider a lyme test. My nephew has Lyme and he has constant migraines.
