I'll give it a try Pete but I'm not sure I have the feel for the Mac yet. I'll post any efforts in the Group Photos.
I've created a new album in the Photos section named Banners and I've put a couple of very ordinary efforts in it to start the ball rolling. :-)

Of the five images up, #3 is my pick.

Hmmm....I like the Leopard with the black borders posted by Frederick and the X with purple background posted by Mr. TSauce.

I could go with #2, #3, or #4. That didn't help with the decision, did it? LOL!
I like #2 (of course I made it, so I may be prejudiced) and I really like #3 - a very well done image!
