Fall Goals

Hi everybody Let's kick some life into this group! So, now that Summer is about over and Fall is upon us, what are your goals??? Post here and let's see how many responses we can get.

O.K. - for sure, for sure, for sure this time - I will lose 40 lbs by the end of this year. How?

1. Increase time on trampoline - up to 40 minutes. I'm now at 20 minutes. Also continue bicycling as long as the weather permits (Chicago area).

2. Alkalanize my diet. When your body tissues are acid, they hold on to the weight. It's easy to lose weight when your body is alkaline.

3. Practice food combining. Do not eat protein and carbs at the same meal. Eat more fruits and veggies.
